Murder Mysteries for sale around the internet are made for parties where you invite friends and all assume a character. No one knows who the killer is and everyone has to work together to find out who the killer and victim are.

However, that doesn’t work if you’re looking to have a Murder Mystery performance as a fundraiser for your organization.

That’s where I come in!

In my day job, I run two murder mysteries a year as fundraisers and programs for our community. Because I work at a historic home, we don’t have the space to host everyone in one room for long periods of time. I definitely don’t have the space to sit everyone down at a table for dinner and a performance.

So we had to get a little creative.

The result is a highly interactive performance where my actors do a lot of improv while in character.

My murder mysteries are silly, fun, and definitely melodramatic. They can be improvised as much as or as little as the actors wish while they all accuse and spread rumors about each other.

The list below the current list I have, and some of the upcoming mysteries that I’m working on.

Prohibition Gangs: Murder Mystery

When two gangs end up at the same party, there’s bound to be some problems. But no one was really expecting a dead body to be one of them. With gang members, brewmasters, and an annoying silent film star, it’s sure to be an interesting night.

Steampunk Scandal: Murder Mystery:

No one expected a woman to win the International Ballooning Championship. They definitely weren’t expecting someone to end up dead at a party celebrating her win. With a fiance, rivals, and some a little steampunk crazy, hopefully, they can figure out who our killer is.

Girl Scouts and the Case of the Missing Pearls: Theft Mystery

Perfect for Girl Scout Troops

Juliette Gordon Low had to sell a pearl necklace to help fund the Girl Scouts in the early days. In thanks, Girl Scout Troops have all gathered together to purchase a new necklace to replace the one she’d sold. But when it ends up missing, there’s no choice but to start accusing each other.

The Whitehall Scandal: Murder Mystery

The Whitehall Family has its issues, especially with a strict Matriarch controlling her many grandchildren’s lives. But when one of the family members ends up dead, it’s time for everyone to start pointing fingers. The family quickly turns against each other in this Victorian Era Scandal.
